Policies: If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage/bodywork and/or skincare services may be contraindicated. A referral from your primary care provider may be required prior to service being provided.
Expectations: A massage/bodywork session is an experience jointly created by the therapist and the client. Working together both during and after massage/bodywork session encourages stress relief and body awareness. Your therapist will listen and respond to your words and to what your body is saying to create a safe, healing and supportive experience. All sessions are client-centered and tailored. Your comfort and well-being is the highest priority. I understand that the massage/bodywork I receive is provided for the basic purpose of relaxation and relief of muscular tension. If I experience any pain or discomfort during this session, I will immediately inform the practitioner so that the pressure and/or strokes may be adjusted to level of comfort. I further understand that massage or bodywork should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment that I am aware of. I also understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances made by me will result in immediate termination of the session, and I will be liable for payment of the scheduled appointment.
Appointments, Rescheduling, Cancellations, & NO-SHOWS:
In order to be respectful of the needs of our guests, please be courteous and be on time for your appointment. If you are late, your appointment will end on its scheduled time. You will be responsible for the full amount of your scheduled service. Your earliest cancellation and/or reschedule will give those individuals who are in need of an appointment or access to our services in a timely manner.
Cancellations & rescheduling are expected 24-hours in advance. If you need to cancel your appointment. You must contact us through our office in order to do so. Cancellation and rescheduling per social media are not acceptable. You will be billed for your missed appointment. If you provide less than 24-hours notice, you will be responsible for the amount of your scheduled service and will be sent a bill for payment of missed and/or late cancelled appointment. This must be paid before you will be able to make your next appointment.
If Cancellations, Late Reschedules and/ or "NO-SHOWS" become a common habit, you will have to Pre-pay a Non-Refundable payment for your next service with the addition of the $25 non-refundable cancellation/No-show Fee before being able to schedule an appointment. Missed and/or cancelled Healthy Lifestyle Plan appointment will alter your Healthy Lifestyle Plan agreement.
If you are a new client and have either cancelled/reschedule day of your appointment or have No-Show to your appointment, You will be sent an invoice for payment of your cancelled/reschedule or No-Show appointment and it must be paid prior to scheduling any future appointments. You will be required to Pre-Pay for your next service before we will be able to schedule another appointment with you. This will be non-refundable Pre-Pay payment.
Alcohol, Drugs and Other Issues: A client's use of alcohol and other drugs diminishes the ability of the therapist to achieve desired results and may be cause to terminate the session. Any behavior that might be interpreted as sexual in nature is cause to terminate the session. Cancellation policy applies, as stated above.
If you have a specific medical condition or specific symptoms, massage may be contraindicated. If you are experiencing a condition that contraindicates massage/bodywork, you may be referred to another appropriate healthcare provider. Massage should not be construed as a substitute for medical examination, diagnosis, or treatment and that I should see a physician, chiropractor or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailment that I am aware of. I understand that massage/bodywork practitioners are not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustment, diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness, and that nothing said in the course of the session given should be construed as such. Because massage/bodywork should not be performed under certain medical conditions, I affirm that I have stated all my known medical conditions, and answered all questions honestly. I agree to keep the practitioner updated as to any changes in my medical profile and understand that there shall be no liability on the practitioner's part should I fail to do so.
All clients and guests information is held strictly confidential except where required by law.

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and must be presented at time of service and can ONLY be used by the person whose name appears on the Certificate.
Lost or stolen certificates are also non-refundable and are invalid.
There is no time limit on when a Gift Certificate can be used unless it was bought at a cheaper price in which case 1 Year from purchase date applies.
